a few weeks after I delivered my first baby I started having severe pain during bowel movements. I started to dread going to the bathroom.  When I saw my doctor, she prescribed a cream for me. But it didn't help with real relief. I still had to strain and bleeding didn't stop. One of my neighbors told me that this sounded like what she had experienced too.
